• Support team members by producing analyses to support client initiatives
• Take raw data and put in an actionable and tangible format
• Produce and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data, including questionnaire writing, survey design, moderator’s guide for focus groups, etc
• Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand.
• Prepare reports of findings, illustrate data graphically and translate complex findings into written text.
• Explain research methodologies and convey research results to clients at all levels of expertise.
• Manage relationships with research vendors and companies
• Monitor industry statistics and follow trends in trade literature

• Adaptable person who can deal with rapidly changing requirements of an organization
• Strong interest in the online industry
• Strong analytic skills and business acumen
• Experience in data analysis and problem solving
• 1 year of professional experience, preferably within the media or advertising industry is an asset
• Ability to autonomously manage simultaneous projects
• An aptitude towards existing and emerging technologies
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• An aptitude for the analysis, interpretation and application of research to business issues
• A self starter & have a proactive mentality
• A passion to learn and the urgency to succeed
• Strong interpersonal & presentation skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task while meeting tight deadlines
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Bachelors or advanced degree in business, mathematics, or the sciences
