B2B publisher seeks sales coordinator to perform administrative tasks such as answering phones, filing, expenses, travel/event arrangements, database management, as well as providing support for the sales team. Duties may include (but are not limited to) working on proposals, administering insertion orders and creative materials, ad tracking, mailings, client communication, competitive analysis, the preparation of monthly reports, assisting with the creation of marketing materials and other administrative tasks, as required.The position requires excellent computer, verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint on the PC and Mac, as well as knowledge of CRM and ad portal systems such as SendMyAd.A professional phone manner, attention to detail and the ability to support multiple projects in a demanding environment are also required.
