Searching for an “up and coming” leader to help take our LA office to the next level. The ideal candidate should have 6-12 years of demonstrated leadership and people management skills, a proven track record of business development, a good understanding of the latest applications of both traditional and social/digital media – as well as financial management implications, a “superstar” with clients and a creative problem solver. Experience in B2B, food/beverage and/or healthcare is a major plus. Responsibilities will include office growth, strategic leadership on existing accounts, mentorship of rising stars and office management duties.Position title will be determined based upon credentials of selected candidate.
