Key Responsibilities
  • Seek out ways to utilize Salesforce.com to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace
  • Define, communicate, and manage a change management (release) process to develop and implement new applications/code and updates to existing applications/code
  • Operational support at resolving common problems and trouble tickets
  • Maintain user roles, security, profiles, workflow rules, etc.
  • Identify SF.com usage problems and craft technical / communication plans to remedy
  • Maintain system metrics to track trends in usage and data integrity
  • Regularly perform database de-duping and cleanup procedures

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years experience implementing and configuring Salesforce.com or similar sales automation tool.
  • 2+ year of program management experience involving cross-functional projects with multiple dependencies and constraints
  • Proven ability to identify necessary metrics, implement data collections mechanisms, analyze data and make recommendations
  • Prior experience in customer facing roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users
  • Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
  • High standard of education or compensating work experience

  • Experience with scripted data loader, web services, cloud or on-premise middleware and other enterprise integrating technologies
  • Advanced SQL and Excel skills
  • Experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Excel Connector, DemandTools, Eclipse Force.com IDE)
  • Highly innovative, flexible and self-directed
  • Strong organization skills
