Multi channel media brand seeks emerging Super-Star sales assistant. In this role, you will support the Publisher, be an integral part of all print, digital, social, in-person and custom sales activities, as well as cultivate a sales territory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enter Insertion Orders, ensuring that all information is accurate
- Manage Digital Ad Ops process, from monitoring inventory, uploading banner creative, optimizing campaign and campaign results reporting
- Maintain a targeted sales territory
- Act as a liaison with the Production department
- Prepare reports used by management and sales teams for forecasting, analysis, and budgeting
- Maintain Database ensuring that all information is up to date and accurate
- Assist with research for proposals and special projects as needed
- Act as a liaison between the Marketing, Art & Sales Department, to ensure timely delivery of sales and marketing materials
- Ensure that the sales team has the required sales materials and support information for sales calls and proposals
- Conduct competitive research and disseminate to the sales team
- Assist in the scheduling and tracking of sales meetings
- Attend sales meetings and record activities

•Highly motivated, attention to detail and organized
•Ability to trouble shoot and problem solve
•Strong proficiency with CRM, Word, Excel, PPT and computer programs
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills
