Full Time is the primary content and eCommerce website for the SUCCESS franchise. There are several smaller sites that also represent important product sales channels. We are recruiting a mid-level eCommerce Marketing Manager (3 TO 5 YEARS EXP) to organize, plan and execute with our staff the SUCCESS eCommerce strategy. The eCommerce Manager will be responsible for the oversight of all product based marketing execution. Strong relationship management and communication skills will be a very important expectation of your management. SUCCESS is enjoying a growth period and is looking to attract a talented eCommerce professional to help continue our growth into 2013.
Job Location: Lake Dallas, Texas
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•Ability to identify new opportunities ,establish hypothesis, and test, learn and adjust to establish new sustainable programs with positive ROI
•Ability to set messaging strategy and effectively evaluate creative assets against it to ensure consistent, on strategy execution. Manage and direct the messaging of every product roll-out.
•Ability to develop targeting strategies for key high value segments and develop execution and programmatic plans to support them.
•Ability to balance attention to detail/execution excellence with strategic thinking.
•Experience and knowledge surrounding campaign segmentation
•A strong understanding of eCommerce trends and advancements that drive traffic, conversion and loyalty.
•Effectively use internal information systems to prepare management reports.
Reporting Structure:
The eCommerce Manager will report to the SVP General Manager; will work with the Product Development manager, Business Manager, IT manager and editorial staff as a team member. The Email Marketing Specialist will report directly into the eCommerce Manager.
•Bachelors degree in Marketing or higher
•3-5 years experience in consumer direct, direct marketing, and customer marketing and/or affiliate /co-marketing experience.
•Experience in working with cross functional teams including IT, Finance, Editorial and Social Media.
•Detail oriented with the ability to manage projects from inception through execution
•Strong analytical orientation that drives insights supported by data.
•Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint required. MS Access database and MS project experience a plus. Knowledge of email marketing software a important.

Must have a marketing degree and a least 3 years experience to be considered.
