Everyday Health is seeking an experienced Client Services Manager for our growing team. This person will be the primary post-sales point of contact for our advertisers, and s/he will work closely with Sales, Sales Planning, and Ad Operations to ensure that our clients’ advertising campaigns are delivered and optimized in full.



Responsibilities:
•Point of contact for all client interaction
•Strategizing with clients on campaign performance and optimizations
•Point of contact for Sales for reporting, optimizations, and general campaign questions
•Report on 3rd party tracking and reporting (DFA, Atlas, PointRoll, MediaMind, etc.)
•Manage the receipt of creative input and materials from clients; submit creative tags from clients to traffickers
•Collaborate with the Trafficking team to reach revenue and client goals
•Maintain client approvals / documentations in SalesForce; handle revised Insertion Orders
•Work with the Finance team on billing reconciliation
•Work with custom solution, sales, marketing, research to optimize campaigns
•Create case studies (quarterly & wrap up), performance reviews and analyses
•Present key learnings to sales and planners for renewals

Qualifications:
•2+ years of online ad operations or client services experience
•Experience with multiple ad serving platforms. DART is preferred.
•Experience with SalesForce
•Experience working with a national sales team
•Good knowledge of digital media technologies and operational techniques
•Proven track record overseeing a large project plan - constantly drives for results, knows how to set objectives and break work down into steps, knows how to organize and measure people and activities and manages project interdependencies
•High collaborative capacity - demonstrated practice of including stakeholders in activities that impact them
•Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and the ability to influence others through well articulated and innovative ideas
•Accountability - acceptance of responsibility and willingness to commit to and deliver specific, measurable work products and results
