Your challenge:
We Challenge you, as the Digital Marketing Manager, to develop the digital marketing strategy and activities for the brand around all digital touchpoints, ensuring consistency and quality throughout the digital consumer decision journey.

Your responsibilities:
The digital landscape is dynamic and rapidly changing and requires coordination across multiple touchpoints. This role has multiple stakeholders, including sales, marketing and global teams, that need to be managed. ROI measurement tools in the digital space are unrefined and still evolving.

Develop and track the digital marketing strategy and online BMC across the various digital touchpoints
Manage the search and e-commerce marketing budget
Provide coordination and strategic direction for e-commerce marketing and activation
Manage the relationship with e-commerce marketing and e-content suppliers
Monitor industry trends and share best practices with the rest of the organization

We are looking for:

Minimum 5 years of Digital Marketing and/or E-Commerce Retail experience,
MBA Preferred
Demonstrated leadership and strategic thinking; Ability to lead and influence others.
Strong analytical skills, demonstrated ability to use data to develop compelling business cases and measure program effectiveness and ROI
Budget and/or P&L Management Experience
Strong presentation and written communication skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
