Associate Digital Production Manager
Conde Nast seeks an Associate Digital Production Manager for a full-time staff position.  
The Conde Nast Strategic Sourcing division is seeking an Associate Digital Production Manager to assist the Manufacturing and Distribution digital production team with day-to-day operations for all 18 brands. 
Primary responsibilities:
This position will work with some of the most well-known brands in the world on a number of current and emerging tablet devices, communicating a team of more than 5 people, and at times serve as the liaison for both external and internal clients.
-         Communicate with internal and external clients on current, and upcoming deadlines
-         Create test and final issue folio files using current Adobe Tools
-         Process PDF files for static replica editions
-         Uploading approved replica and digital editions to multiple storefronts
-         Coordinate ad material information based on Corporate policies
-         Process ad materials for multiple devices
-         Maintain map for bundling guide
  • Preferred general technical production background
  • Self motivated, willing to experiment and explore new methods and new technologies
  • Effective time management skills
  • Understanding of magazine manufacturing technical issues
  • Detail oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and be sensitive to timelines and deadlines
  • Proven communication skills in a dynamic, fast –paced environment
  • Mac experience and exposure to page building, layout tools and/or editorial production is desired. 
  • Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, MS Word, MS Excel, and general tablet devices (i.e. Apple iPad, Amazon Kindle, B&N Nook, etc.)
