1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a publishing environment as well as a Bachelor’s degree. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel with demonstrated analytic ability. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. Excellent organization and both oral and written communication skills.

• Assist manager in execution of direct mail campaigns and manages Payment Mailing Program. Preparer materials for and participate in team meetings, approve proofs, setups and list-related reports, and develop test plans. Act as primary liaison with relevant work groups within and outside the Society to meet campaign goals and to develop test ideas. Manage routine and ad-hoc report creation, updating and analysis.
• Communicate status of activities to internal and external contacts through clear and comprehensive oral and written communication, reports, and analysis. Prepare team meeting and other campaign and Payment Mailing documentation, including lettershop and fulfillment matrices and instructions.
• Manage expenses for multiple direct mail campaigns and premiums. Assist in preparation of direct mail campaign budgets. Submit invoices and investigates financial discrepancies when necessary.
• Manage premiums, including usage tracking, costs, inventory updating, premium-related information and develop new premiums.
• Participate in development, management and execution of additional sources of other activities as required.
