You will primarily work on the following on behalf of our clients: research, report building, social media advertising, Google AdWords and Google Analytics set up and reporting. Plus you will manage some accounts. You will also help clients with our software product Leadacity as well as assist with our annual Digital Marketing Boot Camp for Arts Marketers conference. The position is full-time and based in NYC.

Responsibilities include:

- Social media and email marketing
- Overseeing client Google AdWords and Analytics accounts
- Online research
- Creating quantitative reports in Excel
- Creating client presentations in PowerPoint and Word
- Digital project management
- Account management

The ideal client possesses the following:

- A very analytical mind
- Strong writing and client communication skills
- Equally left-brained and right-brained thinker
- Comfort with numbers and statistics
- Strong facility with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Flexibility and openness to take on new projects and tasks and work in an ever-changing and growing company
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and Facebook advertising
- Resourcefulness and the ability to learn and adapt very quickly
- Interest in the performing arts

The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience, preferably in digital marketing.

Salary commensurate with experience.
