Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

•Establish initial and immediate contact with new lead-generation prospects.

•Ensure all CRM opportunity, contact, and account information is up-to-date and accurate.

•Work with sales reps and marketing manager to ensure live and virtual events are in place. Maintain event calendar/schedule.

•Prepare specific sales metrics reports for VP and Ad Sales Director.

•Provide additional office support and assistance to the Sales department, as needed, which may include mail (snail/email) distribution and data entry.

•Additional duties as assigned as needed, as sales administrative role evolves.


•To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.

•College Degree required or equivalent experience in a sales or marketing admin position. The ideal candidate would be one who is considering a career in sales.

Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently, strong oral and written skills required.

•Ability to retain information on a short and long term basis.

•Ability to schedule, organize, and execute assigned tasks and understand and follow oral and written instructions.

•Ability to compile, analyze, record and assemble data and information in a meaningful and effective manner.

•Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.

•Demonstrated ability to use personal computers and MS office suite of products. Experience with Excel and Powerpoint.

•Experience with a plus.
