Assistant Director of Publicity-Young Readers
We are currently seeking an Assistant Director of Publicity to create and execute major publicity campaigns with the Young Readers Group. This person will work with high-profile authors on major media campaigns, help develop publicity strategies for upcoming titles, and cultivate and maintain strong media relationships with book producers and editors.Additional responsibilities include:1. Organizing and attending national book tours and author appearances2. Pitching national and regional print and online media for coverage3. Securing national and regional TV and radio interviews4. Drafting press materials including releases, author bios, etc.5.
