Responsibilities include:
-Preparing proposals and qualifications packages.
-Creating and maintaining project pages, project lists, resumes, databases, etc.
-Completing government forms, client questionnaires and prequalification forms.
-Interacting with senior level management and technical personnel to develop marketing materials.
-Interacting with marketing staff in other offices.
-Searching relevant online resources for opportunities.
-Attendance at Marketing events.

Qualifications:
-Bachelors Degree in Communications, English, Marketing or related field.
-Minimum of two years experience in a similar role at an engineering or architecture firm - required.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office 2007 (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook) and Adobe InDesign.
-Ability to handle multiple deadlines and be pro-active in follow up with technical staff.
-Excellent writing and organization skills.
