Sales Support Assistant
Cambridge University Press, a leader in academic publishing, seeks a Sales Support Assistant to join our Journals department. As a Sales Support Assistant, you will be responsible for the support of Consortia/Site License sales through research, administrative responsibilities and customer relations. In addition, this position will extract and analyze Customer subscription information, notifies customers of new titles, changes and developments, updates and maintains consortia database and sales spreadsheets. This position requires one to two years experience in sales, preferably a publishing environment. College graduate preferred. Organized, detailed and deadline oriented, team-player and ability to work independently with minimum supervision. Must possess good written and excellent oral communications skills and solid PC skills including Windows, Word, Excel and Powerpoint, as well as the ability to learn and use new software programs as needed.
