Digital & Social Media Marketing Director
Our Young Readers Marketing department is currently seeking a Digital & Social Media Marketing Director. This person will be responsible for developing and overseeing the execution of strategic social media and digital initiatives for the Penguin Young Readers brand.Specifically, the Digital & Social Media Marketing Director:1. Oversees all social media strategies across all social media platforms (Facebook, Tumblr, Instagram, Twitter)2. Develops and manages high-profile communities for the Penguin Young Readers brand (Penguin Teen, Penguin Classroom, Penguin Kids, etc.)3. Conceives, creates and executes innovative online marketing campaigns across the Penguin Young Readers imprints4. Manages and executes digital advertising strategies 5. Monitors and analyzes social media campaigns/trends and their impact on the company brand6. Identifies and develops integrated partnership/sponsorship strategies to meet brand goals7. Oversees strategy and production of marketing apps8. Collaborates with various internal departments (Editorial, Digital Publishing, Sales, Marketing, Publicity) to develop and execute digital marketing and publicity campaigns9.
