Summary:
To design and execute company branding, marketing communication and sales materials (that’s like advertising) across all iN Demand brands and business units.


GENERAL RESPONBILITIES:
•A strong, conceptual thinker is needed to take the lead developing concepts and layouts for ads in the online and print spaces, collateral pieces, sales kits, posters etc.
•Expected to expand on the company’s brand identity so that all creative has a consistent look and feel across all media platforms.
•Prepare/Present concepts to Creative Director and Marketing team
•Prepare layouts and manage preparation process for pre-press.
•Conduct press checks on printed pieces.
•Provide creative direction to printers on paperstock, color specifications, folds, die-cuts etc.
•Order stock photography, hire and supervise photographers and illustrators as needed.
•Handle Photoshop retouching on artwork as needed.
•Work with department project managers to meet project deadlines and budgets.

REQUIREMENTS:
•BFA in Graphic Design or related discipline.
•Professional experience
•Web Design Experience
•A strong portfolio of innovative work
•Experience in the broadcast industry a must

SKILLS REQUIRED:
•Ability to work on numerous projects simultaneously and prioritize accordingly.
•Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash and Microsoft Office Suite.
•Familiarity with web design and sensitivity.
•Conceptual thinker.
•Knowledge of the printing process.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Must be detail oriented, able to manage time/workload and multitask
•Must be extremely organized and deadline oriented.
