About the job

We are looking for a Player Experience Manager to accompany our players on their exciting journey through our Wooga games. Your job is based on the ability to multi-task effortlessly: localizing the games from English to Spanish; proofreading; helping players cope with issues in the game and providing valuable information on all aspects; communicating with the players via fan pages and other community management portals, the range of tasks is diverse and fascinating! It will be you who ensures that the player experience is excellent and fun, for all Wooga games!

Who we are looking for

  • Work experience in a customer service role, within community or localization, preferably in the gaming or online industry

  • Spanish language skills at a native level as well as very good English speaking and writing skills

  • Knowledge of additional Wooga languages (Dutch, French, German, Italian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese) is a plus

  • Creative and enjoy writing, a lot

  • Service-oriented attitude with a strong customer focus

  • Active internet user (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) and you really love playing games, ours and others!

  • Proficient with Office, Google, CRM tools etc.

  • Strong communication skills

  • Problem solver with an eye for quality

  • Team player that can adapt easily to others
