We are currently seeking a Marketing Associate for our Travel group of brands. This position is located in our Manhattan office, on West 32nd Street. The Marketing Associate will be responsible for working with the Travel Group marketing and communications teams on campaigns, webinars, copy writing, digital media and website maintenance. The brands in this group include PhoCusWright, Business Travel News, Travel Weekly and TravelAge West.
•Assist marketing teams on campaign execution
•Assist with video and photo asset maintenance and social media
•Write marketing campaign copy
•Assist with event marketing, coordination and admin
•Coordinate and create email blasts
•Maintain sales and lead campaigns through marketing automation platform
•Enter product information into database for online research store
•Monitor and edit website content
•Manage database updates for marketing campaigns, maintain and grow the press list
•Coordinate webinar production and marketing content
•Coordinate advertising schedules and creative
•Manage reseller relationships
•Assist sales team with promotion materials
•Create, distribute and collate customer and research surveys
•Run marketing and sales reports

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
•This position requires domestic travel 1-3 times per year.
•2 - 4 years’ experience in marketing, advertising, and/or public relations – experience in B2B publishing or travel industry is a plus.
•College degree is required
•Organization, project management and strong interpersonal skills
•Ability to manage several projects at once in a fast paced environment
•An eye for good design
•Strong computer skills required – Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint or Keynote), HTML
•Knowledge of social networking platforms required – HootSuite, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Google+ etc.
•Familiarity with Omniture/Google Analytics, Salesforce, Marketo and Adobe Suite preferred but not required
