We are seeking an innovative and motivated product manager to help drive the product strategy and requirement definition for our growing portfolio. This role will drive the business justification and product roadmap for initiatives across the business. ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with business leadership to evaluate short and medium term opportunities for the overall portfolio and develop sound financial models to evaluate, prioritize and size new business initiatives Manage product roadmaps for our technology partners, delivering on the goals and objectives of the organization while optimizing product opportunities. . Define detailed business requirements, translating the priorities and interests of business stakeholders into consumable deliverables. Manage relationships with external partners; possess detailed understanding of functional dependencies with external systems and represent product interests through partner negotiations. Work cross-functionality and leverage matrixed technology resources to deliver on features and enhancements. Implement analytic framework to evaluate product performance and support test and learn approach to iterative product design and development. Drive the product through all phases of software development lifecycle, balancing relationships with technical counterparts along the way. Manage a high degree of collaboration and communication with business owners, technical development, implementation, and support resources. Work collaboratively with product resources in other divisions, securing expertise and guidance as needed. RequirementsMinimum 3-5 years product management experience, ideally in digital media or ecommerce environment. Bachelors degree required, MBA strongly preferred Familiarity with software development lifecycles and experience managing large programs through all stages of completion. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with financial modeling necessary. Proven skills at cultivating strong working relationships and driving collaboration across multiple cross functional teams Highly conversant in digital media, such as understanding best practices for websites, email, and mobile content delivery. Fluent in MS Office applications, such as Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Project etc. Proven ability to identify critical issues, prioritize appropriately, and execute quickly. Candidates must be proactive, innovative, collaborative, and driven to achieve desired results.
