We are currently seeking a Customer Sales Advocate for our Electronic Products Group. This position is located in our Winston-Salem, NC office. The CSA will provide front-line customer and sales support as an integral part of the sales and marketing process. The position will emphasize customer retention and customer base growth through lead nurturing. As the junior member of the team, there will be some administrative responsibilities but the ideal candidate will be looking to this position as a stepping stone to a sales career.

Responsibilities:
•Primary in-bound customer contact and issue routing and resolution
•Subscription marketing to expired and non-auto renew customers
•Sales leads, sales contacts, and sales order administration, as defined by the sales process, leveraging CRM and subscription management systems
•Lead nurturing levering expired and current customer, and prospect database.
•General Zuora subscription management customer promotion maintenance
•Facilitate customer webinars
•Sales and customer reporting
•Assist with trade show preparation where needed
•Provide administrative functions for office

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilitie:
•Minimum of 2-3 years related customer and sales support experience
•Four-year degree preferred.
•Customer-first approach to problem solving
•Outgoing, energetic, and analytical disposition
•Organized and logical approach to process and attention to detail
•Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Must be able to work as a member of a team
•Self-motivated
•Ability to use Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
•Easily adapts to new technology
