Digital Sales Planner

Wenner Media (Us Weekly, Rolling Stone, Men’s Journal) has been a leader in this space for 40+ years and is currently looking for a Digital Sales Planner to work out of its New York office and support the digital sales staff with response to all RFPs and inquires. The ideal candidate will support online sales for Us Weekly magazine’s website, UsMagazine.com, a leader in the Entertainment category with over 13.5 Million unique users a month per Google Analytics (6.8 Million per ComScore). Job Responsibilities:•Lead in response to digital RFP’s including the preparation of Power Point presentations and Excel media plans•Working with UsMagazine.com’s Integrated Marketing Department, Online Editors, Product manager, and Ad Operations to create and conceptualize great ideas designed to meet advertiser goals and communicate them effectively in Excel proposals and accompanying presentations•Responsible for proposal revisions, internal finance approvals, and all aspects of the proposal/I.O process until closeJob Requirements:•2+ year experience in marketing for online media•Sales mindset to match advertiser’s objectives and strategies with the website’s opportunities - resulting in client benefits and sales success•Strong creative abilities and out-of-the-box thinker•Detailed oriented with impeccable writing skills •A positive team presence and team collaborator •A “get it done” mentality with the ability to multi task•Proficient at Power Point and Excel•Clear communication skills internally as well as externallyPlease send your resume, salary requirements and cover letter via email to firstname.lastname@example.org with Digital Sales Planner in the subject.
