Advertising Sales Account Manager
Us Weekly, a leader in celebrity and entertainment news, offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join its stellar, integrated sales team (print, digital and mobile sales). The Account Manager will capitalize on existing business and have face to face meetings to display distinct initiatives and sell strategic, multimedia programs. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience selling and possess a successful track record in print and online sales. He or she must have strong contacts with the key media decision makers, an understanding and passion for the Us Weekly brand and its audience.Requirements:- 3-5 years of experience selling print-online advertising and integrated programs- Strong knowledge of Tech-CE, Finance and/or Liquor category; current agency and client relationships a must- Comfortable with selling promotions and integrated partnership programs beyond banner advertisements- Candidate must be detail oriented, as well as both written and verbally articulate- A self-starter who possesses high energy, solid presentation, creative and analytical skills- A positive team presence and team collaborator- A “get it done” mentality with the ability to multi-task- Proficient at Power Point and Excel- Excellent communication and presentation skills internally as well as externally- Ability to travel to territories for sales callsEOE M/FPlease send your resume, salary requirements, and cover letter via email to email@example.com and put Account Manager in the subject.
