Publishers Clearing House, one of the best known and respected brands in the United States, is looking for Sales Coordinators to join our team. This position will support the Sales team allowing them to increase their prospecting and new business production.

If you are aggressive, ambitious, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and are looking to enter the field of Digital Sales then we want you!

The ideal candidate will:

•Support the sales team by generating Insertion Orders, Trafficking Legal and Financial Documentation
•Track and manage all Advertiser's creative units, assets, and contracts
•Provide ongoing Customer Service to Advertisers on behalf of Account Managers
•May participate in preparing proposals and pulling online inventory avails
•Work with Ad Operations and Marketing teams to properly book, schedule and monitor Advertising Campaigns
•Track Team Revenue Reporting
•Assist in Research projects and Data Analysis pertaining to Vertical Markets served

Required Skills:

•Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited university
•At least one year of Online Sales and Marketing experience
•Proactive, "can-do" attitude
•Proven excellent written and oral communication skills
•Proven organizational skills and ability to multi-task
•Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment
