The Account Director will have extensive Fortune 500 client and advertising agency relationships, and the ideal candidate will be a self-starter with experience in selling and negotiating client focused digital media and marketing solutions that engage consumers on multiple platforms, including online, mobile, gaming, and social channels. or Qualifications Utilize a consultative sales approach to pitch new business and grow existing accounts.
Achieve and exceed an individual sales goal, while contributing to overall team goals.
Build and develop high level client and deep agency relationships to close business.
Create and execute mutually beneficial sales strategies to drive long-term growth.
Create and deliver client-focused sales presentations using marketing, research, innovation, and marketplace trends to tell the Interactive story.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including: marketing, creative, production, ad ops and site teams to drive incremental revenue.
Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline, reporting, and sales proposals.
Understand the competitive landscape, client, and industry trends.
Partner and share best practices and key learnings with teammates
Provide excellent customer service and committed to representing the company

Proven track record of 8+ years ad sales experience and at least 2 in digital ad sales
Strong client and agency relationships on the East Coast
Must have a strong understanding of online media planning and ad sales
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a fast paced environment
Strong analytical skills and able to communicate that information in every day terms
Able to create and present promotional concepts that enhance clients overall objectives
