Cut4 is looking to expand its short-form sports content offerings.

Blog posts, slideshows, original video, photo lists, social media aggregation -- you name it, we're gonna do it. We just need funny, creative, up-and-coming writers, producers and editors. People who know sports and pop culture (but also appreciate a good cat meme), understand what drives pageviews and can generate a never-ending stream of off-the-wall ideas.

Applicants should have online content experience and an ability to write quickly, cleanly and concisely in AP style. PhotoShop skills are a major plus, as is basic reporting experience. Gig is 30-40 hours per week, location in New York strongly preferred.

That sound like you? Apply below or send the following to
1. Resume and Twitter handle
2. Links to three samples of your work (articles, blog posts, etc.)
3. One or two original pieces, 100-300 words each. Any sports-related topic works, just make it witty. If we read it and think "Wow, I never would have thought of that, but it's hilarious," you're probably getting a phone call. Feel free to include links, images, etc. Any format we can access is fine.
