Account Coordinator

Hanley Wood,, is currently seeking an Account Coordinator in our Business Media division. The Account Coordinator is the owner of all online and print media contract support, performance, and revenue reporting for specific market groups and their sales representatives. Working with the sales force, related operational teams, and client contacts, the Account Coordinator is responsible for monitoring inventory availability, accurate entry of contract deliverables, verifying accuracy, completeness and clarity of incoming contracts, ensuring all deliverables are received from client, meeting all required specifications product ordered, overseeing launch, and monitoring ad campaigns, including but not limited to providing and perusing Yield reports, and working with AdOps to optimize as needed, for their duration. Account Coordinators also manage ad campaign analytics, creating and analyzing reports, and collaborating with AdOps to optimize campaigns.

Major Duties and Related Responsibilities:

- Creates/obtains proposals, rfps, ad contracts and advertising instructions and enters them into the appropriate system(s) accurately and completely
- Monitors inventory availability for assigned advertising and newsletter products
- Provides accurate transposition and entry of products and services, position, impressions, campaign terms, start and end dates, billing schedule and contacts into databases
- Monitors contracts for clarity and verifies accuracy and completeness with sales team
- Coordinates and communicates with ad traffic, production, and accounting teams to ensure that all advertising instructions are consistent with database entries and fulfilled and billed accurately
- Works directly with client contact to collect creative and review for accuracy.
- Provides contract remediation and optimization in support of data improvement initiatives or new products and positions implemented
- Monitors all flighted campaigns, overseeing optimization as necessary.
- Communicates with management team regarding booking instructions for new initiatives
- Partners with fellow account coordinators to facilitate communications, share knowledge, and provide resources
- Actively and carefully works in the systems that support the sales operation including DSM, DFP, Omeda, Thermostats
- Maintains complete and accurate electronic and paper filing systems
- Demonstrates excellent teamwork with peers and supervisor
- Represents Hanley Wood in a positive manner by demonstrating a professional and pleasant demeanor at all times when dealing with staff and clients

Qualified Candidates should possess the following Education, Experience, and Skills:

- College Degree preferred
- 2-3 years experience working within a related role supporting media contracts
- An understanding of digital media/advertising
- Proficient in DFP/DSM and Excel
- Excellent internal and external customer service skills
- Highly-detail oriented
- Adept at working in fast-paced, ever changing environments
- Outstanding follow-up skills
- The ability to multitask and work independently
