Sr. Manager of Product Marketing, Global Ad Platfo
As a Director/Senior Manager of Product Marketing for the Americas/Global Ad Platform team, you will lead go-to-market for critical initiatives that bring new feature/capabilities for our Advertising buyers, sellers, and data provider clients. You'll work closely with Partner Managers and Product Managers to analyze our marketing programs and product adoption and turn the analysis into actionable strategies. You will also work with executives from the all regions, Product and key clients to collaboratively develop business outlooks and feature roadmaps for our platforms. You will leverage your expertise in product strategy, marketing, messaging and engagement with Partner Managers to drive rapid adoption of our advertising platform solutions.You will need to have a passion for data driven decisions and can perform quantitative & market/competitive analysis to drive product positioning. In addition, you will need to be able to turn analytical insights into actionable plans.Responsibilities:Track the competitive landscape, understand target markets/defines segments and develop market insights that inform product strategies and go-to-market activities.Develops business cases for product opportunities (enhancements/market retention, new products/market entry).Partner with Product Management, Partner Managers and Clients to develop product messaging, positioning, training and go-to-market materials.• Drive overall go to market planning and coordination of cross-functional teams and deliverables for successful product/solution launches; determines go-to-market readiness.Support Regional and Product Executives as needed with product performance visibility to include key performance indicators such as online traffic behavior, engagement rates and conversion rates.Support Product Management with requirements gathering/prioritization, resource organization, prioritization and schedule/roadmap development.Prioritize market requirements using financial modeling & regional/global business case development.Requirements:BA/BS degree in Business, Engineering or other quantitative fields required. MBA strongly desired.4 + years experience in product marketing and/or product/program management in Internet and/or technology with total of 10+ years work experience with demonstrated ability to deliver and exceed expectations.Previous management consulting or client facing experience desired.Solid contemporary understanding of the Digital Advertising marketplace and associated business models.Ability to develop financial models, business cases and market facing requirements.Strong cross-functional leadership, team collaboration and process management skills.Outstanding written communication skills; ability to translate complex ideas into simple and intuitive messaging that spans Executives from clients, Americas region and Product.Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic, metrics and results driven environment.Ability to prioritize and balance short term need against longer-term strategic efforts.
