This role is part of the Display Platform Group which is responsible for global product strategy, technical execution and management across our display advertising business.

The Marketplace Solutions Manager will play a key role in our Display Platform Group. This team operates the Right Media ecosystem efficiently by providing end to end technical solutions for our key partnerships. In this role, you will be the subject matter expert on our core advertising products and the feature capabilities that drive our ecosystem. This role will also be responsible for maximizing the revenue for our partners by creating solution packages and coordinating across various groups globally such as Sales, Product, Marketing, Engineering and Business Operational teams.


Act as internal product evangelist and Right Media subject matter expert.

Consult on various client engagements within different verticals (Advertisers, Agencies, Networks, Publishers, DSPs, SSPs, DMPs) to help grow revenue by driving deeper product adoption of our services and offerings

Design client centric technical solutions by understanding a client's business and online advertising goals, gathering requirements, defining project scope, and providing technical and product guidance.

Work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to shape solutions-oriented approaches for the clients you serve, as well as influence the direction of developing Right Media's core ad products and capabilities.

Represent Sales and contribute to product development by identifying gaps and deficiencies in current solutions, collaborating with product and engineering on enhancements

Partner with internal stakeholders and technology vendors to execute product development and implementation phases to ensure high quality and on-time releases that balance client, consumer and business needs.

Manage communications of product development across global sales organization.

Minimum qualifications:

B.A. or equivalent/higher level of education or B.S. in Computer Science or a related field.

4+ years of relevant work experience in a media company, ad technology vendor, digital agency, portal or advertising network.

Experience and in online ad operations, online advertising tech support, or software programming.

Experience with SQL and understands http and networking.

Strategic leadership skills with demonstrated ability to execute client-facing and operational solutions

In-depth knowledge of traditional and digital media and its competitive landscape and the ability to work with evolving and emerging products.

Preferred qualifications:

Highly motivated and flexible individual with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams globally and drive projects to successful and timely delivery.

Action oriented, with a high energy level and a can-do attitude

Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Not afraid to get your hands dirty and do whatever is necessary to get the job done.

Excellent communication and relationship skills with all levels of leadership and staff.

Ability to work with various teams across the globe (Americas, APAC, EMEA, and LatAm)

This position is full-time in New York City or San Francisco.
