New Business Sales Representatives generate new business opportunities through positioning and selling Bizbash’s full range of solutions to prospects in assigned markets. The primary focus is researching and closing new clients such as Venues, Caterers, Event Designers and everything in between, that meets or exceeds the established monthly quota through inside and outside sales activities, community involvement/networking, strategic partnerships, and other lead generating activities. They are 100% focused on new business acquisition. This is an Entry Level Position with the ability to move up.

The New Business Development Representative must be able to demonstrate the ability to maximize revenue potential to hit and exceed goals, demonstrate consultative sales skills, have strong analytical and research capabilities to develop multi-media proposals and presentations to potential clients; they must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, be capable of making presentations over the phone and presenting in person, have exceptional problem solving abilities, demonstrate excellent MS Office capabilities, and possess the ability to work across multiple platforms and systems.

This is a ‘Hunter’ position and requires developing and closing a new pipeline of prospects by preparing and making professional sales presentations from on-going cold calling, prospecting, telemarketing, territory planning, referral partners, and other relationship building strategies designed to meet or exceed monthly quotas. Experience on or other CRM software desired.

The ideal candidate must be an aggressive professional with proven success in New Business Development. Prior media sales experience desired with a commitment to exceptional customer service. College degree or equivalent plus 1+ years related experience. Must have prior sales experience with B2B sales.

Compensation includes base salary, plus uncapped commissions.
