Pandora.com is looking for a Senior Sales Executive with extensive digital/broadcast experience to play a critical role in developing and managing successful advertising programs servicing the multicultural ad agencies and clients in the Central Region. This position is located in Chicago, IL and we are considering local candidates only.


Responsibilities:

  • Build very strong relationships with assigned key account clients and agencies

  • Manage and grow existing MC business with current accounts and take them to new revenue heights vs. budget

  • Coordinate with Central region Pandora sales team on shared accounts and communicate with MC sellers in other offices with client development on accounts located in the midwest

  • Effectively plan and execute a business development strategy with agencies and direct clients


Requirements:

  • 8+ years of multicultural sales experience in digital/broadcast advertising

  • Extensive contacts and relationships with leading digital/broadcast agencies/clients

  • Proven track record with top tier client strategy and relationships

  • Deep understanding of the digital advertising marketplace as well as knowledge of interactive advertising with regard to positioning and technology

  • Must be creative, smart, and passionate, as well as a problem solver and a team player

  • Entrepreneurial spirit driven to achieve sales goals

  • Willingness to travel when needed
