Responsibilities

· Provide support in the preparation of trade shows to include but not limited to: printing materials, presentations, creating name tags and labels, setting up for show and breaking down.

· Answer sample availability questions

· Work with vendors to coordinate execution of orders

· Place orders for merchandise (lighting fixtures)


Qualifications

· Excellent communication skills

· Proficient in MS office

· Ability to work in a fast paced environment

· Excellent organizational skills

· Ability to multitask and meet constant deadlines
