Future US is looking for an Affiliate Program Manager with solid experience in online media to manage relationships and product integrations with a growing set of partners and affiliates. The ideal candidate will not only be able to develop an in-depth understanding of Future’s business, but also the partner’s, and will be able to nurture a mutually beneficial relationship. This may involve researching best practices, analyzing data, or making recommendations for product changes, all with the goal of meeting and exceeding partnership goals. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with many areas of the company as well as various media, games, and tech partners.

Responsibilities:

•Day-to-day account management and communication, focusing on building and cultivating strong, trusted relationships with key contacts at both affiliates and partners.
•Track and analyze KPIs and metrics, recommend and implement changes to the relationships based on the results.
•Meet and exceed monthly revenue goals.
•Perform A/B testing and optimization.
•Identify, analyze and work with product managers to prioritize product changes.
•Manage the design/build/test/release/optimize process end-to-end when needed.
•Create scope documents, product requirements, specifications, flows and use cases, specifications, and wireframes.
•Work with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver on partnership objectives.
•Work with product managers to scope and schedule features.
•Create test plans, lead testing, and test where needed.

Qualifications:

•2+ years affiliate management, account management, or product management experience at a consumer Internet or mobile company.
•BA/BS degree.
•Strong understanding of ROI-oriented marketing and Internet advertising models.
•Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills.
•Understanding of A/B testing, data driven decision-making, and Lean Product Development methodology a plus.
•No stranger to Google Analytics or similar tools.
•Top-notch written and verbal communication skills, especially when it comes to improvising and communicating ideas on an ad hoc basis.
•Positive, enthusiastic, and constantly hungry for new knowledge.
•A passion for tech or games and gaming.
