Specific Responsibilities include:

Optimization (35%): Manage yield and revenue to meet or exceed growth plans for the Indirect channel
Strategy (25%): Develop new monetization strategies to maximize the value of Match Media’s indirect inventory
Account Management & Development (25%): Manage and expand existing 3rd party ad network relationships, and identify new ad network partnerships and new negotiate business terms
Partner Relations (15%): Preserve consumer experience on our sites by managing compliance with existing creative guidelines, ad latency requirements, and advertiser block lists

Basic Qualifications include:

Bachelor’s degree
6 years total work experience
4 years work experience with display ad networks on Publisher side of business
Extremely strong analytical and quantitative skills

Preferred Qualifications include:

Experience managing and growing external vendor/customer relationships
Experience trafficking display advertisements in DART / DSM, or another commercial ad server
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong negotiating skills
History of developing actionable, data-driven strategic insights
Excitement about industry developments and pursuing opportunities
