Advertising Operations Associate
Overview: Have you ever wondered how online ads are delivered to web sites? All the behinds-the-scene work that goes into ensuring the proper delivery of advertising campaigns is the responsibility of Everyday Health’s Advertising Operations team. Think of it as air traffic control for online ads. As an Advertising Operations Associate, you’re responsible for trafficking, monitoring, and troubleshooting issues for advertising campaigns across our portfolio of web sites. The goal is to not only ensure that ads arrive safely, but to reach optimal performance. If you’re someone who can strategically play to win while juggling multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment then apply for this role. But you’ll be working closely with multiple teams across the Company so you should be a highly-motivated team player with excellent interpersonal and analytical skills. Responsibilities: •Set up, test, and QA advertising campaigns using DFP ad-serving platform•Troubleshoot ad-serving errors and report discrepancies•Continually monitor advertising campaigns and ensure that they adhere to technical specifications•Hold frequent meetings with Sales team as well as other internal teams to showcase results, progress and optimize future results Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree •Must be a self-starter; able to work with minimal supervision to initiate and complete tasks•Able to deal professionally with members, clients, vendor, and staff at all levels•Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills a must•Able to manage multiple projects with conflicting priorities in a deadline driven environment•Solid knowledge of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint •Must be outgoing, proactive, friendly, and work well under pressure Please submit your cover letter, resume, and salary history/requirements with your application.
