The Role
The Digital Ad Products Manager, Studio is responsible for ongoing management of the existing digital advertising product set, and leading collaboration on the development of new digital advertising products, across all platforms on which Condé Nast publishes. Current platforms include Desktop-, Smartphone- and Tablet- Web, In-App, and Adobe Digital Publishing Suite-powered Digital Editions.

Core Responsibilities
-Be the Digital Ad Product authority for Condé Nast’s digital platforms.
-Empower Sales and Marketing teams to sell Digital Ad Products: Lead internal socializing, promotion and training of Digital Ad Products across all relevant groups, including individual brands and the corporate organization.
-Create, manage and socialize all Digital Ad Product marketing materials.
-Identify potential new Digital Ad Product opportunities through ongoing internal communication with fellow Studio and Marketing Solutions team members and management, and external research.
-Manage development of select new Digital Ad Products, and associated marketing materials, socialization and training.
-Provide ongoing Sales and Marketing support for Digital Ad Products.
-Liase with the Ad Operations and Distribution teams to understand and communicate implementation requirements for all Digital Ad Products.
-Develop metrics to benchmark performance of the Digital Ad Products portfolio to ensure maximum sell through and performance optimization.
-Maintain awareness and market intelligence of industry trends through relevant industry groups and publications.

This role has the opportunity to be highly visible throughout Condé Nast’s many sales and marketing teams, with exposure to the Executive and Senior Executive Directors of Studio and Publishers of Sales and Marketing for various magazines.

Desired Skills & Experience
-Minimum of 5 years of directly relevant experience, performing this role; 8+ years of professional experience in the digital advertising space.
-Strong and demonstrable understanding of web & mobile culture, customers, and function.
-Proven success in leading and managing cross-functional teams.
-Passion for emerging technology and working on cutting edge digital ad products.
-Ability to clearly communicate, actively listen, and value the ideas and opinions of others.
-Comfort and experience presenting to small and large groups.
-Ability to present strategies and objectives both internally (ex. project documents) and externally (ex. client communications).
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Exceptional multi-tasking and prioritizing skills.
-Strong attention to detail.
-Proficiency on PC and MAC.
-Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
