The Ad Operations Manager plays an important role in the AmazonLocal Advertising Operations team by leading the processes required to make a designated region’s deals flow. This is a broad role that will evolve as our team and systems grow. The Manager’s responsibilities include managing a team of account managers, ownership of quality assurance, routine production tasks, ensuring we are meeting SLAs, competitive data gathering and miscellaneous operational projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day team management
- Growth and development of direct reports
- Driving team efficiency to meet SLAs and other key business metrics
- Help define and implement new business processes
- Responsible for ensuring quality of work produced through process improvements, individual coaching and reviewing of deal quality metrics.
- Data mining and report generation for Ops metrics
- Competitive data gathering
- Miscellaneous operational projects as needed

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- 2+ years of team management experience

Master’s degree
- Experience with direct team management, vendor management, buying, merchandising, Technical Account Management (TAM) or other vendor support roles
- Project/Product/Program management in advertising, public relations or related experience
- Quality assurance experience
