The New York office is hiring a Senior Manager, Digital Engagement, to help lead digital opportunities & projects for our consumer clients.


· Develop comprehensive digital strategies and programs that leverage power of digital and social communications to accomplish our mention consumer client's objectives both for individuals business units and brands as well as their overall corporate messaging and reputation

· Provide digital thought leadership across several consumer category accounts

· Provide creative strategy insights and help produce compelling content online spanning paid, earned, and owned forms of digital media

· Identify cutting edge tools and techniques to help support business objectives and advance storytelling

· Serve as a key team contact for digital strategies and projects, oversee program budget, and timelines, manage internal and external support resources including junior team members and third-party vendors

· Demonstrate strong understanding of web analytics, and you know how to turn analytics into an insightful narrative.

· Write and review social content and messaging for social media engagement campaigns

· Coordinate social media programs with account teams as a part of campaigns

Desired Skills & Experience:

· 4-5 years of relevant digital marketing experience in-house or agency. That includes 2+ years of managing social media across multiple channels.

· Strong knowledge of social media and digital communications

· Experience developing multi-faceted digital and social media campaigns for clients including strategy development, execution, internal/client-side training, etc.

· Excellent writing, copy editing and proofreading skills

· Extreme attention to detail and outstanding organization skills

· Work well with a variety of key internal and external stakeholders
