Our Digital Media products offer social media management, email marketing solutions, SEO services and content development to help our clients increase exposure, attract customers, and keep their client base engaged. This group is expanding and we are seeking a Communications Specialist to manage a high volume of digital writing projects, to include writing content on behalf of clients, primarily for social media accounts. Work with clients and production teams on digital media solutions.

Job Responsibilities:
1.Manage the process of creating digital content for clients.
2.Communicate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of deliverable.
3.Maintain an advanced knowledge and proficiency of all ThomasNet Web Solutions offerings, Digital Media/Internet marketing, SEO, SEM, and computer literacy.

Qualified candidates must have 1-2 years of experience with digital media development along with customer service experience preferably within a marketing, technology or industrial focused environment. Comfortable leading/controlling discussions-ability to exude confidence and authority. Ability to understand, simplify and communicate complex and technology based topics and issues to non-technical and technical audiences. Ability to work in a high paced and complex environment, managing a high volume of projects simultaneously. Knowledgeable in the use of MS Office systems and tools.
