• First point of contact customer service: provide mechanical specifications and deadlines, define contacts and roles to the customer.
• Collect and vet all print advertising material and route to appropriate personnel.
• Work with sales team and editorial to create map/flatplan of each quarterly issue.
• Work with internal sales team and external clients to write short promotional/marketing pieces which will be published both in print and online.
• Attend occasional client events.
• Work with digital operations team to manage our email calendar, ensure all online purchases are executed in a timely fashion, and collect and disseminate statistical data on customers' online presence.
• Develop a holistic view of our clients, their business, and how BizBash can work with them to optimize their presence with BizBash.
• Must be comfortable in a Macintosh environment. Proficiency with Photoshop, Excel, Word, and Web applications a must. Familiarity with Salesforce.com a plus.
• Must be able to write in a clear, concise manner, both in terms of email correspondence with clients, and advertorial articles written for them.

This position, first and foremost, is about customer service. You will be the first and central point of contact after a finalized sale. We are looking for a warm, friendly, organized ad trafficker for a busy multi-platform media company.
