RGM Group is in search of organized, detail oriented self-motivated Senior Account Manager to join our Account Management team in New York and Los Angeles. You will be working with advertisers from the contract to implementation as well as help with optimizing our ad campaigns for both RGM and inventory partners. Account Managers will oversee all aspects of pre- and post-sales activities and must have a comfort in client communications as well as a strong understanding of all the RGM Group platform offerings.

AM's will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and upselling post sale communications with our client partners. This position will be responsible for analyzing an assortment of metrics for all ads served, communicating issues/concerns to the Sales team, reconciling invoices, and being the team’s “Go-To” person for any questions. You will monitor and optimize existing campaigns to help with increasing our revenue and margins, along with cultivating a strong and productive relationship with clients. AM’s will regularly work closely with 1-2 executives on their sales efforts to maximize revenue, grow relationships with current clients, establish new accounts, and oversee campaigns for successful completion.

•Work with Sales Executives throughout all sales processes including pre-sales and post-sales to manage relationships and execute all campaigns to reach client goals and exceed expectations.
•Build and maintain Sales contact lists and provide first-contact product information to clients to begin sales relationship, schedule client calls and meetings.
•Participate in key client sales calls, meetings, kick-off calls, entertaining, and events to build relationships.
•Collaborate with sales executive to build plans and responses for all received RFPs and unsolicited proposals.
•Complete all RFPs including proposal decks, templates, spec sheets, etc. Ability to respond to all RFP points and effectively communicate offerings to client.
•Coordinate with client and trafficking team to receive all campaign assets, ensure campaign launch, accomplish all optimization needs, and provide campaign reporting.
•Prepare all progress, month-end, and final campaign reports to include overall success summaries, incremental and upselling opportunities.
•Create and maintain organized management schedule to track all current campaigns for needed assets, scheduled reporting, open proposals, open incremental opportunities, etc.

Bachelor’s Degree
2 or more years online media experience
Strong Microsoft Office skills, emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel
Highly organized and ability to multi-task
Effective administrative writing skills
Significant relationship building skills
Ability to collaborate and work within a team setting
