The Director of Sales Planning is responsible for the development of custom advertiser solutions, spanning packaging, training and custom pitches. This role is in step with marketing, sales and creative resources to conceive, concept and ultimately execute custom programs for major brands across numerous verticals. This position will also oversee industry and market analytics, driving the collection and dissemination of data and insights to better position RGM to potential clients, as well as the industry at large. platforms.

Additional Responsibilities:
•Attain advertising sales revenue quota utilizing online advertising platforms for our clients annual budget and your Personal Sales Plan
•Acquire new business clients through various methods of prospecting (cold calling, networking, etc.)
•Follow industry trends and acting on such information, like monitoring competitive advertising data to cultivate business relationships
•Work as a team with respective account managers to provide quality account management to advertiser clients

Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree in business or related field (marketing, advertising or communications, etc.)
•5 years experience in digital media sales
•Exceptional communication and organizational skills
•Extensive knowledge of media research
