Our quickly growing Local Division is looking for an Account Manager to support the Account Management efforts. We’re looking for the right individual to help grow our business. This position reports into the Director, Account Management and Operations.

The ideal candidate:

•Must be an excellent communicator. Excellent written, verbal and listening skills are essential in this role.
•Ideal candidate must display leadership qualities and the ability to persuade both clients and internal teams to accomplish what is needed to be accomplished
•Must be a people person and enjoys interacting and working with clients. The ability to always remain friendly and upbeat is an important quality in the ideal candidate
•Ideal candidate must be goal oriented, but flexible. We have a very entrepreneurial environment. The ability to progress and accomplish goals in a changing environment will ensure success
•Must be able to handle an exiting and growing client base. Ideal candidate strives to build a relationship and look for ways to increase their book of business
•Excels at documenting all client touch points, including calls and emails within Salesforce environment. Is methodical about sending follow up notes both to clients and internal teams
•Ideal candidate has worked with or on one or more of the following digital marketing services: SEO, Web Development, Search Engine Marketing, and Social Media.
•Is ambitious, self-motivated, proactive, assertive and passionate about client support
•Has superb problem-solving skills and reacts quickly when necessary
•Must be able to work as part of a team, share ideas, offer and take constructive reviews and work independently to assure client’s services are delivered in a timely manner
•Ideal candidate must be push to turn a difficult situation into a positive.
•Candidate must be able to handle rejection, but never accept it.


Support Sales and Director, Account Management with the following day-to-day activities.

•Responsible for maintaining and growing client relationships. Candidate must serve as main point of contact for new or existing clients.
•Develop relationship with clients by ensuring successful transition from on-boarding team to Strategic Account Manager, continually push for progress on all marketing services, ask for feedback and continually looking for ways to enhance the quality of service.
•Responsible for generating and sharing reports with clients.
•Responsible for responding to client questions, dealing with client requests and issues.
•Liaising with other departments and vendors to ensure successful launch and progress of marketing services.
•Responsible for maintaining accurate and detailed records of client interactions in Salesforce.
•Expected to manage a large book of business while prioritizing and maintaining several different tasks at once.


•1-3 years experience in Account Management, Client Service and/or Project Management
•Digital or agency experience preferred
•Fulltime, Monday – Friday
