Responsibilities:
  • Fulfill animation and design requests for programming including but not limited to:
    1. The design of graphics for news shows and other original programming in a timely manner without sacrificing brand continuity or graphic quality
    2. The distribution of all graphics for all shows to their appropriate locations for on-air prep by the Production Department
  • Fulfill design requests for live events, on-air promotions and marketing/creative
  • Organization and upkeep of graphics libraries of the Art Department Workstations
  • Provide graphical/technical support to the Production Department on an as-needed basis to be determined and delegated by the Art Director
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to the design & animation of on-air show packages/promo packages from concept to delivery, on an as-needed basis to be determined and delegated by the Art Director
  • Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance

    Qualifications:
  • B.S. or B.A. degree in Graphic Design or TV Production/Communications
  • Min. of 3 years experience in Graphic/Broadcast Design/TV Production
  • Thorough experience in the following digital programs: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, CD/DVD burning/authoring software, PC/MAC platforms
  • Working knowledge of the following digital programs a plus:, Cinema 4D (or comparable 3D programs such as 3dSMax), Adobe Premiere/Final Cut (or comparable editing software)
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills required
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude and leadership qualities with the ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities a must
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours, weekends & holidays
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment
  • Must be willing to submit to a background investigation
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
  • Must be 18 years or older
