Award-winning, fast-paced PR, marketing and digital strategy agency seeks a Direct Engagement (DE)/Conference Specialist.
Key areas of responsibility:

-Break through to and develop relationships with the highest tier of conference platforms
-Effectively participate in new business settings relative to selling DE capabilities
-Design and pitch panel ideas and conference topics that are synergistic between and advantageous for various/multiple clients

Requirements include:
•1-2 years experience in public relations, speakers bureau, or conference content development function, or relevant participation in collegiate-level organizations (Note: entry level candidates with relevant internship experience may also apply)
•Excellent oral and written business communication skills; can articulate client themes and goals effectively
•Sound judgment when working with team members, client contacts and vendors
•Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills; ability to effectively manage multiple projects/deadlines with superior time/project management skills
•Highly entrepreneurial mindset
•Able to work independently; self-motivated with commitment to detail and world-class service standards in a fast-paced environment
•Fearless and proactive in developing relationships via phone and in person with potential key contacts
•Professional demeanor and appearance
•Demonstrate and apply intuitive strategic thinking to client business
•Commitment and dedication to the agency’s success as well as individual career
