Example of responsibilities include:

•Assisting sales reps on preparing client proposals and follow through

•Prepare internal documents for all deliverables

•Serve as point of contact for sales representatives, for primary sales support.

•Input necessary information as needed across various office platforms

•Create and assemble media kits, sales collateral, cover letters, proposals and contracts for sales representatives.

•Prepare monthly supplier correspondence

•Support the Sales Manager in preparing for sales and staff meetings, client meetings, telephone conferences, public presentations and industry-relation functions.

•Handle all ad hoc projects as needed

•Other miscellaneous office administrative and sales support tasks as directed

The Sales Assistant should have a minimum of 1 – 3 years sales assistant experience
College degree preferred
Excellent communication skills and customer service skills

Must be proficient at Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM software or similar a plus.
