Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in English, Writing or Journalism preferred

A minimum of 5 years experience working as an editor and finalizing production of print documents, PowerPoint presentations and web-based materials

Excellent writing and editing skills with an eye for detail and the ability to turn around assignments

High demonstrated proficiency is MS Word, PowerPoint, Adobe; including formatting and creating documents, tables, charts, graphics, layout and design

Content knowledge of and experience in the early childhood field, with a preference for policy experience, a plus or the ability to quickly grasp early childhood issues and to understand and work with Federal programs

Must be highly motivated and creative with strong organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple tasks

Proven track record in delivering high quality products on time

The ability to conceptualize and effectively communicate creative graphic ideas and efficiently execute them

Ability to work within a team environment
