Job Description:

The Digital Project Manager is responsible for online and social media development/management of various digital projects. The Digital Project Manager will forge successful partnerships with internal and external stakeholders and development teams, including day-to-day creation, communications and management of plan summaries/project timelines. The manager will ensure milestones are delivered on-time, on-budget, and complete, and the approved submissions maintain a high standard of integrity and compliance with client and company guidelines.

Meticulous attention to detail is required to ensure project tracking, logging, revising and delivery is accountable.

Job Responsibilities:
•Execute the comprehensive social media strategy and plan already in production
o Project manage various vendors’ application, design, and content development
•Explain creative and project deliverables through presentations, diagrams, and timelines
•Provide daily updates of deliverables to management and clients
•Review all milestones for compliance, and routing to third parties
•Experiment with new and alternative ways to leverage social media activities (“marketing R&D”)
•Define programs that use social media marketing techniques to increase visibility, membership and traffic across all client and company brands/assets
•Monitor trends in social media tools, trends and applications and appropriately apply that knowledge to increasing the use of social media at the Marketing Factory
•Strategize with and educate the management team and others across the company on incorporating relevant social media techniques further into the corporate culture and into all of the company’s products and services
•Measure/report the impact of social media on the overall marketing efforts
•Manage development and implementation of all Marketing Factory digital initiatives
oKeep each site current with content (e.g. updating business portal, site blog, metrics from all touring and production related sites)

Job Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree (equivalent work experience will be considered)
•5+ years in a project management role with a proven ability to focus on priorities, solve complex problems, juggle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
•A minimum of four years of digital marketing experience, preferably in the music and/or advertising agency industries—the ideal candidate would possess both
•Ability to create, maintain, and track comprehensive project schedules
•Ability to identify and resolve conflicts between budget, schedule and design goals
•Self starter with initiative and able to anticipate needed steps
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Demonstrate sound business judgment and organizational ability
•Demonstrate leadership, interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills
•Ability to work well with others, as well as the ability to work independently to drive a successful business
•Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team oriented environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking with minimal supervision
•Ability to work independently and resourcefully in a productive, very small office environment
•Focus to detail, taking initiative, and working in a positive working environment

•Typing at 50 wpm
