The ideal candidate has a gift for communicating differentiated brand identities, proven written and oral communication skills, and a desire to work with a driven team of individuals in a small, but fast-paced environment. The Marketing Copywriter primarily supports our platform development/author brand strategy team and captures the essence of author positioning in analyses and statements, can write in tones appropriate for differing primary audiences, and works alongside the brand/platform and marketing teams to refine the messaging involved in multiple author platform development components (ie, social media strategy, website copy, author brand audit, etc). The Marketing Copywriter also contributes to other departments in the company as needed. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience as a copywriter in a marketing or creative agency or equivalent experience juggling demands for writing in different formats and voices for varying audiences.
