The Digital Marketing Manager will spearhead our sales development, marketing and planning strategy for our leading entertainment properties ( and and newly coming This is a great opportunity for a digital marketing guru to take their career to the next level and play a lead role in developing our packaging, planning and sales development strategy.

•Ideate, conceptualize and build compelling, cross-platform digital programs for our advertisers including web, mobile, social, video and tablet.
•Brainstorm, ideate and conceptualize programs in answer to RFP’s and proactive proposals
•Manage planning, RFP’s and packaging of product solutions
•Streamline processes for developing, executing and delivering proposals
•Work closely with internal teams (integrated marketing, production, editorial and operations) to ensure we are pitching the most effective solutions that both meet advertiser objectives and drive the maximum amount of revenue to our bottom line
•Continually develop new sales materials and collateral to support the digital sales team
•Attend client meetings when necessary to effectively communicate and present program offerings
•Be an expert in Social, Video, Mobile and Web and help us create winning cross-platform marketing programs
•Brainstorm, ideate and conceptualize programs in answer to RFP’s and proactive proposals

•Must be a creative thinker with solid knowledge the media business and deep understanding of client objectives
•Must be resourceful, proactive, detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
•Highly creative and strategic
•Strong written, verbal, design, organizational and presentation skills
•Must have 4+ years of experience in a predominantly digital marketing role
•Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Photoshop and other relevant programs a must
